Throughout the festival, catering will be available in health food shops. These alternative meals issued from organic farming such as forgotten vegetables, ancient cereals that will soon no longer exist and foodstuff of surprising origin will be prepared with specific cooking methods respecting their nutritive value. Most food comes from local production, Mediterranean specialties cooked on site, such as bread baked in a wood oven Moroccan built for the occasion.
Sold everages will be for the most part also from biological origin: red wines, rose wine, white wine, chestnut and mimosa kirs, beers, teas, coffees, herbal teas, tchaï, fruit juices, energy drinks...
The spring water of the festival and the camp-site is free.
For the respect for the nature and ethics of the festival, all the glasses, plates and cutleries are lent in exchange of a deposit. The best waste is the one that we do not produce !
